Internship Program in Automotive Industries
We are looking for 10 internship students for a six-month training program at AAH Auto Sdn Bhd.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in social media marketing
- Personal ownership of a laptop and smartphone
- Ability to promote and sell cars via social media platforms
- Specialized focus on special order vehicles from Japan
Performance Incentives
- Objective: Sell at least 3 cars within 4 months
- Qualification for 30-45 days training program in Japan (subject to terms and conditions)

Monthly compensation structure:
- • Base monthly allowance: RM500
- • Commission: 1% per car sold
- • Example earnings: RM500 + (1% of RM600,000 = RM6,000)

Internship Activities in Malaysia
- Online Marketing: Learn to conduct online marketing and sell cars through social media in Malaysia.
- Automotive Events: Participate in automotive events across Malaysia.
- Documentation: Manage documentation from arrival to delivery to the customer.
- Factory Visit: Visit Perodua & Proton Factory in Malaysia.
Internship Activities in Japan
- Online Marketing: Learn to conduct online marketing and sell cars through social media in Japan.
- Automotive Events: Participate in automotive events in Japan.
- Documentation: Manage export documentation in Japan.
- Inspection Center: Visit a car inspection center in Japan.
- Toyota Museum: Visit the Toyota Museum Center in Nagoya, Japan.
- ICE Car to EV Car: Learn about Japanese technology in converting ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) cars to EV (Electric Vehicle) cars.
